Frequently Asked Questions.

Where do the images come from?

All photographs, illustrations and art on the website are taken and created by Sydney based travel photographer and creative director Allan Chan. I take great pleasure in capturing every single pixel for these moments on my travels, and I hope you enjoy them on your walls as much as I do.

What type of frame and size should I buy?

Big is beautiful and really highlights the images. Let the space you have dictate what size you go for, but be bold, go as big as you can!

My preferred method of finishing especially when going large would be the Acrylic Facemount. The most sought after and premium finish, it is the most modern, sophisticated and stunning way to showcase an image. The colours are sharper, more brilliant, intense and vibrant, giving the image a whole new dimension, creating a near 3D visual effect.

Or try the all new ChromaLuxe Metal print where the print is infused into the metal, with the advantage of being thinner and lightweight, whilst retaining the beautiful gloss, shiny look.

What type of paper do the prints come on?

There is a big difference in quality when it comes to paper. Cheaper prints, don’t have the same oomph as the professional premium archival metallic paper that I use. The premiere paper stock has a silvery pearl-like finish, it enhances the highlights and midtones of the prints. The metallic print looks incredible adding a pearlescent quality to the colours, which compliments my images.

I’m finding it difficult to choose, can you help me?

Having trouble deciding which image will look best in your space? Choosing artwork is hard, what size, what frame, and what print. But I’m here to help, ask about the ‘custom room mockup service’ where I will show you the images you love in your space, and you can decide from there. It cant get any easier than this. Do you do custom prints?

Of course. I understand every space is different, it’s your unique area within your home or office after all. Perhaps you prefer a non metallic paper, a different size or a different framing option altogether.

The aerial photos are in the orientation that I feel works best, but if you would like to change the orientation that of course is also possible.

If you need something a little bit more tailored to you, I am happy to help. Just send me an email of what you’re after, and I will get back to you as soon as I can with a solution that works best for you. Get in touch
