Acrylic Facemount

The most sought after and premium finish, it is the most modern, sophisticated and stunning way to showcase an image. The colours are sharper, more brilliant, intense and vibrant, giving the image a whole new dimension, creating a near 3D visual effect.

Printed on professional premium archival metallic paper, which has a silvery pearl like finish, it enhances the highlights and midtones of the prints. The metallic print looks incredible adding a pearlescent quality to the colours.

The print is then mounted to the back of UV resistant 6mm acrylic, creating an air tight bond and letting you view the image through a crystal-clear super glossy surface. The image is then backed with 2mm dibond backing sheet, which adds rigidity and finished off with an aluminium easy framed hanging system which enables the print to appear as if it is floating from the wall.

Classic Picture Frame

The simplest most elegant way to display an image, its timeless, clean and beautiful. The image is isolated behind an acid free mat board window, which is pushed up to the front of the shatterproof perspex.

Printed on professional premium archival metallic paper, which has a silvery pearl like finish, it enhances the highlights and midtones of the prints. The metallic print looks incredible adding a pearlescent quality to the colours.

This is the standard way for the image to appear in the Classic Picture Frame. This is also available with no border around the print, which means the image goes right up to the frame, giving an even more contemporary look.

Shadow Box Frame

A modern, stylish take on the Classic Picture Frame. The Shadow Box Frame makes a bigger statement. It consists of a bolder, thicker frame and clean white internal lining.

Instead of the image being pushed up to the shatterproof perspex, like the Classic Picture Frame, the photographic print sits to the back of the frame adding depth to the artwork.

Each print has a border using the photographic paper instead of mat board giving it a cleaner more streamlined look.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the images come from?
All photographs, illustrations and art on the website are taken and created by Sydney based travel photographer Allan Chan. I take great pleasure in capturing every single pixel for these moments on my travels, and I hope you enjoy them on your walls as much as I do.

What size frame should I buy?
Big is beautiful, and really highlights the images. Let the space you have dictate what size you go for, but be bold, go as big as you can! My preferred method of finishing especially when going large would be the Acrylic Facemount. The most sought after and premium finish, it is the most modern, sophisticated and stunning way to showcase an image. The colours are sharper, more brilliant, intense and vibrant, giving the image a whole new dimension, creating a near 3D visual effect.

What type of paper do the prints come on?
I choose to use professional premium archival metallic paper, which has a silvery pearl like finish, it enhances the highlights and midtones of the prints. The metallic print looks incredible adding a pearlescent quality to the colours, which compliments my images.

I saw an image on social media but its not on your site.
I have been quite late to embrace social media, and hence the small ‘following’ its not something I worry about or am chasing, I’m more concerned with creating beautiful imagery and quality prints at the highest standards that will look awesome in your home. Sometimes I will share an image before I’ve added to the website, so if you see something you love and it isn’t here please email me to find out more about it.
